Glenn Collins, Retirement Planning Counselor at Assurance & Guarantee has been in the industry for over 25 years. Glenn began his career in the financial services industry after honorable service in the United States Navy. After his military service, Glenn began working for a brokerage firm in Washington DC. He quickly found his passion for educating and assisting clients to navigate the sometimes complicated financial and retirement services landscape.

Glenn is a FINRA Registered Representative holding his Series 7, 6, and 63 licenses. He maintains his Life, Health, and Variable Annuity licenses for the South East, including the state of North Carolina. Glenn focuses on Retirement Planning with a concentration in 401k’s, 457, 403b’s, Fixed Indexed Annuities. Glenn specializes in the production of comprehensive and personalized retirement plans that deliver actionable recommendations.

Glenn was born and currently resides in North Carolina with his son. He lived in San Diego, California, and Washington D.C. for over 30 years before moving back to his home state. Glenn graduated with a B.A. in Music Education from North Carolina Central University in Durham North Carolina.

In his free time, you can find Glenn at the gym, with this son, golfing, or playing the piano. His favorite travel destinations are Aruba and Curacao. Glenn says that he is most passionate about his relationship with Christ.

Everyday she works to help men and women achieve their retirement goals; Catelyn understands how difficult it can be to plan for retirement without the aid of an advisor. You can find Catelyn helping clients, taking phone calls, filling out paperwork, and assisting retirement planners daily.

Originally from Burlington, North Carolina, Catelyn now resides in Graham, North Carolina with her husband, Isaac. Her favorite travel destination is any beach on the West Coast. Her favorite hobbies include music, playing the piano, and learning sign language. Catelyn wants to ensure that all others feel comfortable and loved; she is able to achieve this by continuously living an honest life and passionately serving God.

Olivia Hutchens

Office Manager

As the Media Manager at Assurance and Guarantee, Isaac’s primary responsibilities consist of working with the company’s social media and marketing. He chose to enter the financial industry because of his desire to help people make informed decisions about the money that they’ve invested, therefore helping people live a happier and healthier retirement.

Isaac has been in the industry for 2 years and says that the most valuable lesson he’s learned thus far, is to make sure that the people you’re working with have your best interest in mind and not their own.

Before entering the financial industry, Isaac attended Steller school for Higher Learning and is currently working on getting his Mechatronics Engineering Degree at Alamance Community College. Aside from school and working at Assurance and Guarantee, Isaac enjoys playing sports such as basketball, soccer, and airsoft.
